There are many places you can go for self-care activities such as yoga or spa resorts but those pursuits rarely foster an atmosphere that encourages you to confide to your instructor, or others attending a program about your stress, depression or anxiety. Neither do they foster a sense of safety that encourages you to chat with fellow participants about the ups and downs of life.
